NOETIC CONTRACT: EVENT WAIVER AND TERMS OF SERVICE
By attending the Noetic Event (the “Event”) or using Noetic’s services, you hereby acknowledge and implicitly agree to the following terms:

1. Consent Principle: At the Event, consent is paramount. Attendees must ensure mutual and clear consent before engaging in any intimate activity with another participant. Consent can be revoked anytime, and such revocations must be respected.
2. Drug-Free Environment: Attendees must not introduce, consume, or distribute any unauthorized drugs or controlled substances at the Event. Breaches may lead to expulsion from the Event and potential legal consequences.
3. Exemption from Liability: Risks may be associated with attending the Event or using Noetic’s services. Attendees/users release the Event organizers, affiliates, and their agents from any claims, liabilities, or accusations arising from any injuries, damages, or other consequences.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality: Attendees/users commit to preserving the confidentiality of all attendees, refraining from disclosing any personal information, photographs, or related data outside the Event environment.
5. Personal Accountability: The Event organizers and affiliates are not responsible for any participant’s behavior during the Event or while using Noetic’s services. Attendees/users bear full responsibility for their actions and subsequent outcomes.
6. Eligibility and User Accounts: Only individuals aged 18 and above with the legal capacity to consent may access our services. Some services may require account creation. Users are responsible for the security of their account credentials and any associated activities.
7. User Conduct: Adherence to all pertinent laws and regulations is expected at the Event and when using Noetic’s services. Unlawful or disruptive behaviors are strictly prohibited.
8. Arbitration Clause: All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitrator’s award shall be final, binding, and non-appealable. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The parties agree that the arbitrator, and not any federal, state, or local court, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement. The parties further agree to waive any right they may have to a trial by jury in regard to such disputes.

By attending the Noetic Event or using Noetic’s services, you indicate your understanding of and agreement to this contract, including waiving several rights, such as the right to legal action.
